    Before eating drink 2 cups of water, it helped me and still helps me to lose weight, currently lost 11 pound (14 yr old and exercise)

    Most important tip-never drink water right after eating food . Drink before eating food or in the middle .😊

      @@TasteOfVanillaMilk ye , we should drink it before our meal , by the time the food enters water would have left stomach... You can take after meal like after 10-15 mins later . But in middle should only be taken if some problem occurs like too dry food or getting stuck etc etc

    increase your physical activity throughout the day. Try taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking to the store instead of driving, or performing physical chores like cleaning the house or doing yard work.

    hello sir i am 15 years old..my weight was 57 kg...so i reduced it to 50 I took good exercise and diet.. and I don't get regular periods docrtor said that your body is not getting enough food.. so i started eating normally.. then my weight increased by 7 kg in a month... What's up..😭😭😭

      Physical exercise develop physical stress that usually leads to distrubance in menstural cycle. Don't worry it's normal stick to your scheduled exercise and diet plan.

      There is this Chinese dance to lose weight I always do it when I’m showering and I dropped 8kg in a matter of four months. You should search up abt it

    For everyone thinking does it really work!! Everything told in this video is really true i didnt saw this video during weight loss but i saw another one and the instructions here are totally same.this can also help you maintain and lose weight!! (13 years old) i was 54 and now i am 44 kg. I lost 10 kgs with the same tips!!

    I feel so proud of myself right now. I have stopped having fast food and soft drink for over 3 months. I havent lost much weight, but yeah.
    I do need to improve on my water intake though.

    I don't know but I made a habit of eating slowly while watching videos on UA-cam. Makes me focus on eating properly instead of trying to finish quickly just to get back on the phone where I would want to eat more.

    I an a 10 year old turning 11 in 1 month and my weight is 50kg so i am bullied in school but I am never able to sleep well and max sleep i can get is 7 hours and average is 4.26 hours and I don’t have time to do exercize and all that things but the question is that eating rice is healthy or not?

      Eating without electronics can make you more mindful of what you are eating and when you are full. So it prevents overeating

    Ok. I work as a dentist,im married with 2 kids ! I am 36 yrs old , 1.72 cm and 106 kg !!! I work more than 9 hours a day, i have a kid that sleep on 1 pm and he woke up @ 7 am. So what is your solution ? And i drink more than 3 l water a day,i eat 2 times a day. I use protein, i eat food free of gluten,and i can make in my work aboot 7k steps a day ! Soooo,can you HELP ME ?!?

      Keep your self engaged in different activities, try to play any outdoor activity or any kind of game and be social with your friends and quit over thinking
