"A Touch Remembered" Leon Frijns and Maria Linnemann

- I wrote this duet while thinking about all the people whose only visible contact with loved ones for so many months has been seeing them briefly through a window of their rest home, and "touching" hands through the glass. Slowly, these hard months are coming to an end, and soon many grandparents will be able to hug their families once again.
Many thanks to my dear colleague Leon in Maastricht for his wonderful playing, to his brother Frans for his help again with the sound editing, and to Philip Schwartz for his great video editing once more. I am so grateful to you all!

Wow. You are one heck of a lady with so much soul! Can't imagine you have composed so many pieces and all of them are unique and express so many emotions. Your music is perfect for triggering grieving processes during psychotherapeutical or any other practices or for mourning and acceptance. They should be packed as a complete tool that should be added as complimentary addition for people healing traumas. And I mean it for real. Thank you for what you create.
If you had 5,1 bln subs instead of 5,1 k then world would be so peaceful and beautiful.

Danach sehnen wir uns Allen, Alex! Alle Musiker arbeiten schwer zur Zeit an Brückenbauen, wie man besonders im Radio wahrnehmen kann, und das ist wunderbar! Noch wunderbarer wird sein die Nähe, und die Live-Musik in Hülle und Fülle - irgendwann bald!

Wonderful piece......I am currently learning your Killleybegs Jig and really enjoying doing so on an old Manuel Rodriguez guitar..

Your Killleybegs Jig is a nice piece of music and unusual in that most Irish music in in drop D and I have decided to stick to standard tuning as I find it less complicated and I have learned recently to learn music from the stave. What a beautiful duet, you must be a special person when you write this kind of music. I heard and bought the score of the other piece with Leon and we enjoy playing it very much with my duo partner. I can't find the score for buying on the internet. Is there a way to buy it in a store like stretta? Stay safe and healthy and hopefully write more impressive music. Cees
