You do realise studies show most of a vehicles mileage are from its most shortest commutes such as your nearest petrol station or your nearest shop or maybe the bank nearest to your house that you go to every couple of days because you go there to frequently if you drive too frequently so that would make up most of your mileage

I don't know where you live, but when filtering at stoplights (yes, that's filtering, not splitting), you can take a spot in traffic in the lane once cars start moving. Bikes can filter, cars cannot, so that car should not be passing a motorcycle that is lane filtering. He wasn't "pretending the entire lane was" his, he was taking his rightful spot in that lane when the car incorrectly tried to pass him. Of course, that assumes that it is legal in this state...if it's not, the rider was in the wrong completely.

So, I'm a biker, and after watching this I've gotta say, a lot of the bikers in this video are either in the wrong (like the guy at 10:30) or just made the situation way worse than it should have been (like the marine following a kid to his home address to have it out with him). Yes, people make mistakes when driving, yes it's worse if they hit us rather than another car. But take your ego out of the equation. Stop chasing people down to scream at them and break their wing mirrors.

Don't know, sometimes those old guys actually know how to fight. A guy I train with is 60 and there is not very many people I know that could take him particularly in a street altercation.

@@IndyMotoRider when I was young, I thought I was tough and while I was lighter and perhaps a little stronger it was not untill I had some real training I learned how unprepared I was. There are lots and lots of ex cops, ex military, martial and traditionally trained fighters out there. I am over 50 now and can see a punch coming from a mile away and regularly teach kids how to counter a take down. All you have to do is pick the wrong person to mess with.

People think they can mouth off at others on the road and then drive away with no repercussions, so it's very satisfying to watch them get followed and confronted.
Two points as a response, one most bikers do not think they own the road. Two I don't believe that all of these bikers were in the wrong, but more to the point if you get into an accident as a rider its potentially game over, so yes bikers respond badly when they feel a car driver has put their life at risk, like dropping their phone and ending up on the wrong side of the road, under cutting them on a roundabout or moving off on a stop sign before they have finished using the junction. I recommend all car drivers to go and spend a day on a 125cc training session and see how vulnerable they feel and how often some idiot in a car cuts you up or tries to bully you out of the way because your in a smaller vehicle.

Bikers are a sensitive breed. They can be within an inch of your car lane splitting but you need to give ample room at all times
