I wish that they released this instead of the actual album with the mix it had. I think it captures the attitude that they were going for a lot better. The special edition of this I got came with the CD with this on it.
Yeah, I can't believe a lot of people are bitching about how it sounds like they are banging on trash cans. The album is pure anger, frustration and in order to enhance that feeling the drums sound really thrashy and rough. Really cool in my opinion
Irony level 100 at how the guitar makes the snares of the snare drum resonate on the intro. It is almost like a drum kit making the bloody bass guitar audible on a 'justice' song.

they should have used the audio of these live takes on the album. the actual recordings on the cd are weak,lacking passion. but these studio performances are awesome,great passion. i like this album,i think it's a cool idea.
This is actually believe it or not, one ofy favorite live performances ever of Metallica. James voice sounded good and this version is WAY better than the original album was. If the damn snare wasn't like it was on the studio album, a LOT MORE people would have loved this album. Especially younger people now days, because all they have for a standard is people like Nikki Minaj and cardi b. This sh*t would blow their MINDS. 😂

The bass is emitting a really wrong frequency at 4:20 and this guy gained millions and I never got paid a cent.
The only thing that I hate of this album, is the drum set, seems like a pots !
