Good Day Chef 🇺🇦🧑🍳. I'm getting Country Club flashbacks. I never had to put so much work into making something I would never eat. First I want to point out your perfect hard boiled eggs, again. No greenish film around the yolk. I used a box grater for the eggs, the smallest side. We used purple onions, very small diced and sour cream. I really liked making the 100's of toast points (no crust). Personally I find caviar to be 🤢. Did you know that it takes over 2000 salmon eggs to make an omelette 🤭. You can try searching for some vegan caviar - it's usually made with some kind of juice. Just search online for the product :)

I only make these for the holidays or very special occasions! :) But, it's worth it!
How many per person?
I usually make about 4 pieces per person, unless you know everyone loves caviar! My husband can eat 10 lol!
