    5:20 I haven’t used caviar before, may I know why not preferred to use metal spoon; please ✨

      It is believed that metal may change the flavor. Same goes for silver spoons as well. The metal used in the cans they are sold in is a non-reactive metal that doesn’t alter the taste or composition of the caviar.

      The metal reacts with the caviar and gives it a slightly metallic flavor. It's not as noticeable with salmon roe, but you definitely taste it with black sturgeon.

    Cant wait to make this soon for me can i use tofu and what is black sturgeon caviar as am living in Singapore and it is vegan or not i never had easy blini with caviar before perfect for my after office snacks

      You can try searching for some vegan caviar - it's usually made with some kind of juice. Just search online for the product :)

    Good Day Chef 🇺🇦🧑‍🍳. I'm getting Country Club flashbacks. I never had to put so much work into making something I would never eat. First I want to point out your perfect hard boiled eggs, again. No greenish film around the yolk. I used a box grater for the eggs, the smallest side. We used purple onions, very small diced and sour cream. I really liked making the 100's of toast points (no crust). Personally I find caviar to be 🤢. Did you know that it takes over 2000 salmon eggs to make an omelette 🤭.       Good morning and thank you so much for watching! This definitely a recipe I reserve for special occasions. A lot of work and a lot money! I love using toast points with caviar, too.
      My favorite caviar is sturgeon and I'm not a fan of most other kinds! I'm very particular!
