This is great in theory. How would someone with limited hand movement activate? Is it possible that there would be an app that could download to smart phone and be voice activated? Limited hand movement or control is the #1 issue and source of frustration for the man I care for. I look forward to the development of this glove. The world could become more normal for him if he could move his hands even a tiny bit more. thank you.

Those three digits make up 70% of the grip function of the hand. (old training in general surgery) I worked with a quad in college. He used extension of the wrist to pick up a glass. This would have given him so much more functional capabilities! I think it would allow them to write, legibly, too!

Yep .. I am a c4 quad due to a spine stimulator. I try to grasp ..close my eyes to visualize & laugh everytime my my only finger did not feel that chip.

What’s the point if by using the controller, you’re still left with using just one hand. Plus, they all talk about gripping and I spoke to the developers, they have said that in order to extend my fingers this product is not for me. That’s why I purchased a much cheaper glove for extension also made by Neofect.
