It’s smart that they released them separately. Would be cool to see a full version, but if we are talking business wise, then it makes sense. Stretch out the hype for the game close enough to the release date.

At first I thought they were gonna be full length anime episodes, but it’s crazy cuz when they revealed a sneak peek of the first episode it was literally half of that episode. Wish we had a little more but Shadow Generations is already blowing past what I expected out of it initially.

So what’s up with Rouge having to warn Shadow not to let things get personal with GUN? This is supposed to take place right before the start of Generations, so it’s already been two main line games since Shadow became a GUN agent, right? Yes, I know the events of Sonic06 got retconned at the end of the game, but Shadow’s opening in that game made it seem like he’s been working for GUN since the end of Shadow the Hedgehog. Did I miss something?
@@dragonborn7955 yeah, was wondering about that too… cuz I know they’ve got Ian Flynn writing this and they did use the GUN commander’s name from the comics in this. Either way, I’m just glad we’re getting all this quality Shadow content. Thanks for answering my question!

That was just a one time thing when he was working for GUN.

Shadow was never a GUN agent. That's only a Archie idea. In the games he only teams up with them if their goals align.
