If you didn't know, you too can crush the egg shells in a coffee grinder to a powder form and add it to your food and to the dog's food for extra calcium. I raise chickens and people always say, "Oh you have free eggs !", home grown eggs are far from free with the cost of feed. Mine are not free range, so I am having to buy feed. I don't know anyone personally who could afford my eggs based upon cost, so I give access eggs to my friends as my way to pay forward for my abundance.
Not to mention the cost in materials to protect them.. it's a constant battle.
I heard of using them for gardens and have used it. Absolutely helps your soil.
Actually, the definition of “free range” is extremely liberal and is not at all what most people would expect.
Do you ever let them run an hour before dusk most will go back to their roost. They love eating all the bugs.
Kevin it makes my heart sing to watch you cooking carnivore… My hubby and I went keto over 10 years ago and the last 6 have been carnivore… I am so happy to see that you are continuing with the proper human diet, I bet you feel great!! I wholeheartedly agree on the eternabond tape. You forgot to mention that once it touches the roof. You don't/can't reposition it. It grabs and adheres quick and in a hurry...Great stuff! As always, Thumbs up!😎👍

OMGosh Kevin!! Let me tell you how I almost skinned my forearm! We were in the process of adding a 30"x30" opening skylight to my van in place of the old "bus" emergency exit hatch that was broken beyond repair. So I had scraped and cleaned the roof with alcohol. I was on a ladder inside my van, and my husband was on a ladder up the side of the van. We laid down strips of double-sided Eternabond around the square hole in the roof. So, I had spent some time rubbing the Eternabond to "activate" it, then removed the plastic strip on top. Somehow or another, I leaned my right forearm RIGHT ON that strip of "activated" Eternabond. OMGawd!! I thought we were gonna have to call the Marines to get my arm loose! I'm old though, and the more I pulled, the more my skin stretched, and pardon me, but it hurt like a mofo!! AND my skin looked like a bloodhound's neck when you pull up on their ruff. I had to gradually pull it lose, because if I'd yanked, it would have pulled a two-inch wide strip of my skin the full length of my forearm. It took about 30 minutes, but I finally got it loose. And we QUICKLY set on the new skylight so I couldn't lean on anything again! Here's a tip though: I keep my Eternabond in the freezer. It's MUCH easier to cut and work with when it's cold. Won't gum up your scissors, and cuts clean.
Looks good - may need to make me a couple of eggs. The view was beautiful....maybe you need a deck on or attached to one of the buildings!! ( with a railing as well-smile ) your pups are just so well behaved. Little Dexter is doing so well - glad you were the one to get him.

Im still hanging in there watching your journey. I know more about you than family and that not everything, but at least when i come home i hear a friendly voice saying they are doing okay and what their day or weekend was like. I do work and communicate with others but discussion usially revolves around my job or hello how are you.. once we both say were fine we are doing tasks, playing cards or may mention something but it never goes too deep. So i enjoy feeling for awhile a part of your universe.

I can smell it for sure. My daddy bought thick sliced bacon and fried it up for us and sometimes made us crispy fried pork skins(chicharrones). Yum!

Thanks again for getting me on this diet! Down to 198😮 im addicted to Short Ribs ! Have you tried them?? OMG slow cook them on the grill with a little sugar free BBQ sauce they are so fatty . Im addicted to the fat now. I can't believe I used to cut all the fat off now I look for the fattiest short ribs. Better than a ribeye steak if you ask me .
That tape is awsome same with the collapsing ladders. Good thing you found that leak before it got worse. Great view from up top there!

That's what I tell people all the time to use eturnabond tape. Also known as seam tape. I have Been RV ing for a long time and I swear by it. That and dicor just remember it will not stick to silicon. So if you have done a emergency repair with it. You must remove it completely before you use dicor or eturnabond .
Dicor would have worked great here, but I was already up there with the eternabond.
try using a spaghetti/ sauce pan with a spatter screen, to cook your bacon. less mess, not "0" mess but less..😋

Bacon fat is the best. I save it in a jar and use it to cook all sorts of foods.

Breakfast looks good. Here's a tip from chef Jacques Pepin; crack your eggs on the flat counter instead of the pan and you won't get shells in your egg.
Lovin the carnivore diet. When I had my class C I got tired of repairing the leaks so I taped every single seam on top of that roof with Eternabond tape. Problem solved!

The wife and I both went on keto exactly 2 months ago today. I eat eggs and sausage or bacon every day. Lost 21 pounds so far, but I feel so much better. The doctor has reduced my blood pressure medicine already.
I eat a little bit more than you throughout the day. It sounds like, but not much more.
No snacking and intermediate fasting makes a big difference.
I'm glad I canned up a mess of bacon when I did, the price here is so high there is no way I can afford it now. Breakfast looked good. That repair job looked pretty easy. Always love seeing the woof pack!!

2:45. I really enjoy my toilet, too! It isn't a Nature's Head - it is just a standard household toilet. But it has always been thee for me when I needed it most without asking for much in return. I keep it so clean you can eat off it! (which I often have) I have recently replaced the seat and the flush valve and she is as good as new!

I just noticed (before you talked about not wearing your hat in the camper) that your clearance in your camper it maybe 2 inches at most. 😊 I would probably hit my hand, and maybe my arm on the ceiling. 😆 🤣 😂

Daughter puts three CBD drops in her ragdoll cat's food. Cat is being treated with a new med for a once-fatal peritonitis problem that all cats have, but sometimes gets out of control, such as in her cat's case. Three capsules of the new med (to be approved by FDA in July I think) every day. Hard to get the capsules down his throat every day, but might save him.
I use a little coconut oil on the capsule to help it slide down my cat's throat. They like the taste and it's good for them too. ❤

Keto or carnivore is the way to go. FYI on the eggs: when you cook the yolk you cook out all the nutrition in it. Soft yolks are the best, nutrition wise. But if you don't like them soft you got to do what you got to do

I wondered if you were still following the Carnivore regimen. You look great in the videos! Eternabond Tape...check/Dad always had some tucked in a compartment on his RV's...always used it too. Been lucky so far with the '22 Airstream International...but I know, someday it will be needed! Either that or a Coyote Slam Sticker with the word "disregard" for my whoops moment...I know it's gonna happen, I just know it!

Here in the South, pork belly is the thing. It's pork and looks like bacon, but more taster and reasonably priced compared to bacon. I also fry my eggs in the grease. I'll save the grease, and use it as a Crisco replacement.

Hi Kevin, here in the UK we call that streaky bacon we eat mostly back bacon, but we do eat streaky bacon but we cut it about half an inch thick and call it belly pork cooked in the oven with onions and brown gravy to eat with mashed potatoes or under the grille for a crispy Finnish to eat with fries 🥓🍟👍 🇬🇧🇬🇧

I've got a small very efficient window ac....runs on almost nothing.
I got rid of my original roof fan and installed a Maxxair fan and what difference it makes. Less noise and more exhaust.
