  • The death of Chief Moshood Kashimawo Olawale Abiola marks a significant chapter in Nigerian political history.
But the question is, who killed Chief MKO Abiola and why was he killed?
Did the revered Nigerian politician and businessman deserve to die for winning a free and fair election?

This is my take. Nigeria as a country is under a spiritual spell. What do i mean? Many things had happened where people should be held accountable for, but nobody is bold enough to ask questions, just like late Fela Kuti sang in one of his his songs (i no wan die, i jus buil house, i jus marry, i get one child...).
We all know that someone is responsible for the genocide that occured during Nigeria's civil war, someone is responsible for the annulment of the fairest election ever conducted in Nigeria, (permit me to stop here). Fortunately most of these people are still alive and Nigerians are not talking. Maybe when they die, some folks will raise the matter....

Unfortunately, the system is designed to respect/be afraid of past leaders no matter how good or bad they were. Until that changes, nothing is gonna work in our polity. Thank you for watching ♥️

Hi, I'm French. I spent a few months in Warri a few years ago as an expat working for a French MNC. To get to know Nigeria better I devoured Nigerian newspapers as internet was not as developed globally as it is today. I remember reading a newspaper account where Abiola's brother testified that Abiola did not die of heart attack or poison BUT was murdered with a knife. He said that Abiola's body was still bleeding from the knife wounds when his body was given back to the family. He said he still hasn't gotten over this.
Could Abiola's own brother twist the truth in this terrible family tragedy or is the official version deliberately twisted?
Try finding this testimony. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the Nigerian newspapers. Thanks.

If the facts are still vivid to you, it remains fake news if the source newspaper is not mentioned

Coughing aggressively is a sign of a heart attack. Your body is instinctively trying to clear your airways

When your heart is failing under a heart attack, it is no longer clearing fluids as usual. As such, fluids are backed up in vital organs, including the lungs, which is called pulmonary edema. The coughing is the body's attempt to clear the lungs of the blood that is pooling in the lungs.
