I wound up getting mine the same way, bits and pieces from exhibitions and various shops until I had a full 36 (12 Cav, 24 Accura). I found the Accura HAAs to be a better refined model, the couplers on the Cav models I have tend to be biased off centre and on a lot of them the brake shoes interfered with the wheels. The weathering job on the Cav HAAs from T4U and KMS is to die for though, its taken a long time to get my Accura HAAs to even come close.
@@Simon-Davis I thinks it's the only way to get them if you don't want to spend big bucks in one hit. The trouble is things sell out fast these days. Lol. Ya I did find that with the couplers but as I'm wanting to chain link them up I'm not too worried about them and I must admit I didn't find that the brake shoes interfered with anything and they all ran really well. 👍 Hahaha, ya the weathered one was actually boxed as a non weathered one...oh well, ya your right it looks stunning, just the rest of the rake to go🤣🤣. I bet your rake of wagons look stunning, just takes time to build up the collection. 👍
