Review posted. Your channel and a few others have taught me a lot about HVAC allowing me to better maintain and repair our 40 units better. I don't have to call outside help nearly as often as in the past 30 years. We have just about as many mini-splits and through the wall units, but I am getting better with them too.

I felt your pain in the beginning of this video. I'm 51 years old and went out on my own at the beginning of the year. Spent the first few months with no calls. Now I'm consistently booking about 2 jobs a week and wasting a ton of time giving estimates. I had to go back to work for my old boss 3 days a week to pay the bills. It's been rough.
Be careful with asking your viewers for reviews. Google looks for reviews in your service area and rewards you more for them. If you start getting a bunch of out of state reviews all at once you might get flagged for fake reviews. My sister with the same name as me gave me a review and then my friend 2 minutes later. All my reviews dissapeared until I made my sister erase hers and they came back. I got 11 5 star reviews now.
Wow, talk about a family conspiracy! Your sister and friend teaming up for reviews sounds like a plot twist in a sitcom. Just remember, the only reviews you want stacking up are the good ones!

As a small business owner in the trades myself it is the biggest weight on your shoulder knowing you're responsible for feeding your family and your employees family. When the phone doesn't ring after a short time you get a certain pucker factor

While that is true, they’re not fake reviews. These are real people giving real honest reviews on the services that Pipe Doctor Home Services provide. We may be plumbing and HVAC contractors who provide a physical service, but we also provide a virtual service because I have tens of millions of views on the videos that I create that’s on UA-cam.

People in Florida are cheap. Our top technician from our MA based Company wanted to move to Florida. The most he was offered was $25 an hour. He makes $60 an hour up here. Cost of living used to be much cheaper in Florida. Not anymore

Why not? If my location produces UA-cam videos as a product and service that we offer and I ask a viewer or subscriber to leave me a review based on the service that I provide it’s totally legit. it’s not legit in central Florida hundreds and thousands of reviews and they do garbage work

I was wildly successful in business, at 50 yrs old I had plenty of money in the bank,I owned 4 brand new income properies,that I paid cash for,I live in a house worth $900,000.00, unfortunately for me I was stricken at 50 with a deadly form of leukemia, AML,And only after 3 rounds of deadly chemo therapy,and a bone marrow transplant and the grace of God am I still hear. So my advice to you is,never judge a man,until you have walked a mile in his shoes.
