The castle is too dark.
Expensive castles like these usually has enough resources to illuminate it's groundfloor fully as teams of Geisha as per culture does the dusk lantern lighting.
From this size to your character ratio, the groundfloor could have atleast 80-120 lanterns around and inside the castle walls.
Also... The pathing towards the castle is usually illuminated with stone lanterns.
Considering the size and wealth of the owner. (Having built two dragons ornates next to the island castle)
Being lit up should not be a problem.
1.1-1.6 : I added a couple new blocks
1.7: I completely changed the terrain and every aspect of the building

its more so that he is so well versed the anatomy of the structures that he is able to build them with ease, its almost like drawing. All it takes is one instance or shot of an image in your imagination to have it play as reference. If you had the skills, knowledge and technique of an amazing sketcher, you would also without doubt have an amazing "imagination". With that being said, acknowledging his practice is more so correct

Pretty builds do not make for a good server. You need good plugins and VERY good staff.

My tip 4 you: use structure_void blocks instead of barriers. They let entities go thru but not liquids. That feels then way more natural
Do you type in //replace X structure_voids ? I would like to use that
Thats such a good tip! Altho it doesnt work with gravity blocks. I tested it. It became a desaster.

Please revisit Erebor - the version before the Smaug took it. There’s so much you could add with all the new blocks and such. Erebor is my favorite movie kingdom and being able to sit on that throne myself in Minecraft would be insane 🙏🙏

as a Japanese person, I found this a lil inaccurate, but hey, the build is mad cool and took ages to make so its fine
was thinking about saying something as well (I'm Japanese-American). He kinda over used "Japanese" for anything oriental. When he said Jade Dragon I was like dude that's Chinese as hell
Is oriental and imperial style Chinese specifically or are there versions for both countries?
I'm trying to make a Chinese imperial town on animal crossing (lol) but I don't want to get things wrong and I especially don't want to be disrespectful.
@@cheesevenom376 I would say just look at real Japanese castles such as Inuyama Castle, Matsumoto Castle, and Himeji Castle. Also as a side note Japanese castles don't really use pillars as was done in this video and mountains such as those shown in the vid for the most part only exist in China such as Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Japanese mountains have a smaller incline (aka more spread out). Overall though this build was very detailed!

I honestly love your videos. You describe what you do and I love that. I kinda wish more creators could do this, especially in music. I would love to see them describe their techniques and their way of developing music like how you describe what you do with your builds.

It’s insane how much effort and detail this guy adds. I would make something and settle for it but he won’t settle for a design until it’s perfect and I really admire that. The way he goes through different ideas and designs is so remarkable

whenever i see a video like this i keep getting blown away over and over again by when stuff was added. It doesn't feel that long ago stairs were able to go upside down and then CONNECT to eachother, the end got added etc.. But man.. That was A LOOOONG time ago
