    You are a great operator. Reason why you ask? Anyone who carries a bucket of stone and then takes a bucket of dirt back is aces in my book. Your not wasting a trip and doubling your production. 👍

    Ive a small request and you might be able to help out. I’d love to get a krafse for my dad who is a bit of a tool collector. Do you know if any Norwegian online hardware shops would deliver to Ireland? I’ve tried using google translate while browsing Norwegian shops but I can’t seem to find what countries they’ll deliver to. The fiskar ones look particularly nice. No worries if it’s too much bother. Thanks, Daniel

      The problem with apartment building/complex living. Everything is common so nothing has "an owner" to take care of it. And the maintenance fees usually don't cover gardening, only the basics like building lighting, building renovations and garbage pickup.

    Question what are the controls on that bobcat

    • @MiniMachines1
      @MiniMachines1  4 роки тому +1

      The handles are for forward and backwards, and the left also has the aux outlet, the bucket is controlled with foot pedals.

    • @AntonioGonzalez-hh4br
      @AntonioGonzalez-hh4br 4 роки тому

      Usually 2 joysticks, left joystick is for tilting the bucket and right joystick is to lower or raise the bucket.

    • @SWVALandClearing
      @SWVALandClearing 4 роки тому +1

      Antonio Gonzalez - In most Bobcats, the right stick controls the right side wheels and the left stick controls the left side wheels. The left pedal controls the arm, and the right pedal controls the bucket. On a machine with joysticks, the left stick does all the drive controls and the right stick controls both the arm and the bucket. There are no pedals.

    Is that bucket a 1/2 cubic yard? You clearly were practicing a lot before this job! I'd love to learn but I have to rent one for like $300/day.
    I have a 1/4 acre vacant lot in central Florida USA with a 3' dip in the middle and the back is 6' higher than the front. It's soft sandy soil. I'd like to create a high plato in the center and back with a 5'w x 3'd sloped ditch around perimeter and have a very low island in the front (30%) in the front for landscaping heavy vegetation. Can a job like that be done with just skit steer bobcat and what can I expect to pay? I'd love to learn how to operate a bobcat, but seems like a tough job.

    • @MiniMachines1
      @MiniMachines1  4 роки тому

      I actually never checked how much it holds, I bought it by weight of the bucket.
      For Me it's still an mini excavator that is the goto machine for landscaping, but watching youtube on what guys get done with only an skid steer im impressed, probably the one I got is to small for a lot of jobs, but it was cheap so that helps a lot I only paid around $5000 for it so.
