Hi there~ We filmed this video from a couple of different rest stops.
As for the robot chef, it's "Munmak Service Area." and here's Google map link: maps.app.goo.gl/1YhuCvAbMuwF5W7D7. It's Incheon bound (westbound) stop.
Not all highway rest stops are equipped with facilities like this, but most stops are clean and have street food stalls at least.
Another good rest stop we also filmed this video is "Gyeonggi-Gwangju Service Area."
If you visit both Munmak and Gyeonggi-Gwangju stops, you'll get similar experiences of mine.
