    I’ve been researching for an upcoming trip to Seoul and this has been the most helpful video so far. Your videos seem trustworthy. I hope you do a restaurants version of this video, as most of the videos on TikTok, etc. are made by tourists not locals. I’m especially interested in knowing where locals go for ganjang gejang amd gamjatang

    I missed this video when i was in Seoul recently. Makes it another reason to head there. Btw, why was the cafes so empty? Usually its filled to the brim 🤔

      Thanks for visiting my channel. As for your question, it's because I visited those cafes at an opening time on rainy weekdays. Yes, those cafes are usually packed up on weekends.

    Você indicou um portal para pesquisar, chamado Naver. Eu fui à procura dele mas não consegui encontrar o caminho para legendas em inglês.
    Seria muito eu lhe pedir um vídeo sobre links para o provável turista, como eu, acessar? Mas com orientação de troca da legenda, por favor.

      Thanks for visiting. When you type in Naver Map on google or apple appstore, it will appear (maybe in Korean), but you can spot it right away as there's Naver Corp. notation. Once you download the app, you can change the language setting to English. Hope this helps.

      Which is why I recommend using Naver map over Google map. I've checked again, the place is open. It was closed only for today, Apr.19th.
      I'll also upload another video and online tutorial guides soon to address this type of issue, so stay tuned.

      Thanks for visiting. It depends on what you would like to expereience. If you are looking for traditional landmarks, central Seoul (i.e. Jongno or Gwangwhamoon) is the place. For more young vibe, Hongdae or Seongsoo are recommended.

      @@abitdifferentkoreans mainly proximity to good food selection, shopping, easy access to other parts of the city as well as from/to the airport. I've stayed in Hongdae/Myeongdong before. Among Insadong, Hongdae or Seongsu, which is best?
