@@stevenchristoforou1667 I am praying for "us" but I am trying to save my own soul. There is nowhere to turn. I am floating in a hell on earth of the unknown. I'm not sure you would even have the capacity to understand where I am and what I've been through. But I do appreciate your attention, since there has not been any connection with others. I'm still steadfast in my search for the Holy Orthodox Church. I will send myself to it. If the church doesn't want me, I will go to Christ for what my spirit deserves.

I’ve started wearing a bracelet prayer rope. When I have bad thoughts or temptations, especially out and about it at work, I simply go for a walk, put on something calming through my headphones and say the Jesus prayer for at least once of the whole bracelet. Slowly learning and my spiritual father had given me the advice of all my other sins and shortcomings in life were due to living a godless life during confession. Trying my best to live a life that’s Christ centered. At home is actually the hardest for me ironically.

I don't grab my phone like other people do. I know people who will stand in line and play a game on their phone was sitting in the doctor's office and play a game on their phone. I look very odd doing nothing because I am praying but I don't have my head bowed and my eyes closed. Usually it is the Jesus prayer until it's my turn to go in.
I say Jesus s prayer a lot during my day ... when I took care of my father was the best period of my life because I was staying inside me the prayer ..... however later I lost this kanona ..it happens .... I ll find it again
