Even smallest things matter! Yes Harry,of all the shaving videos I've seen, the one with you and Farzadz was the most relaxing and delightful in a way.
Every aspect was relaxing and elegant.
The room and light, the well dressed Barber, the care he gave to everything, the cleanliness, the smooth voice tones and even the silence and the running water of the faucet was relaxing and elegant. Great video and service and Barber.
Harry, I've watched your videos for several years now, and they're oddly relaxing, mildly educational, intriguing to watch and gives me personally an explorative view of our world. I've not traveled much, never out of the country and I am curious. So anytime I can watch someone's vlog about their travel I do so. The haircuts and shaves show me how things differ from country to country and that is very interesting to me. I've enjoyed every single video of yours I've seen and find myself anxious for your next posting. Thanks so much for taking us all along, and God Bless you and protect you in your travels! Cheers friend!!
He seems like a really genuine nice guy!
We are watching from the other side of Canada too and appreciate the conversation. Most of the vids have included the “Buster Keaton” school of emoting. Nice to see a personality behind the facade.
Hi Dave - happy to hear you appreciate this! We had a great time meeting Farzad and decided to have fun with filming this conversation piece :) Thanks so much for watching and commenting!
Haha I'm from Vancouver and watch your videos. Seeing a video from Vancouver is pretty cool.
At 10:50 he's mentioning "You comfortable sir ?" as one of the best shave experiences he had ... I always thought that was one of the best videos he made.
I love the guess the accent game! I’d say Harry was definitely born in the U.K., probably South East England, but not London... but he’s clearly been living abroad a lot, so there’s a change to certain vowel sounds and intonation... so probably lives in the USA now? Just guessing. UK ex pat.
Interesting finding out a bit more about you Harry. Definitely British but emigrated to the USA (Los Angeles probably). My guess is you work in the arts in some way.....but it doesn't really matter! You produce great vlogs and are very entrepreneurial. Thank you!
He’s not British he’s clearly an Aussie….
You talk! Good to know a bit more about you :) thank you for quality videos!
Hi Andrew - thanks so much for watching this video!
I really enjoyed the conversation. You should do more of this in my opinion. You may want to consider seeking out free student translators at local universities in the Countries you travel to. I mainly go to my neighborhood barber for the conversations. Barbershop's are great places to learn about a city.
Another great video Harry. I love how everyone is debating on your accent. 😂
12:35 It's definitely "Hitman Harry" of a weekday
I think it’s fine that you don’t want people to know about your private life. I certainly don’t share certain information online. No one needs to know.
Yes, I'm the total opposite of an open book :)
Love these videos. Been watching for years. Enjoyed ever one of them. Thanks !!
relaxing , very relaxing. some people, you can listen to all day long.
Just wanna say that people from Denmark are watching too!

Yes, Farzad is a great conversationalist and it was very fun to meet him :) Thanks for watching!
Gran barbero y peluquero, persona de gran corazón, Harry grande siempre en su estilo, merece ver a los dos por separado y verlos juntos es una gozada, me encantaría verle cortar el pelo en Schorem 😎
I’ll bet the ranch that “Harry” is from either Zimbabwe or South Africa. He sounds exactly like (golfer) Nick Price.
cito4633 if he says the word penny , “ pinny “
@@Ettoredipugnar I have a good friend from New Zealand and he sounds just like him, I could see South Africa though too

@@frate9165 I don't think they were talking about Farzad. I think they meant Harry.
@@ryanthomas49 Sounds New Zealand to me. Are you sure it's "100%". You might want to re-calculate. :-)
Hes from the uk mate, with out a doubt, thats why the barber said why you calling it soccer when its football where your from (uk)
I think he is a freelancer. He seems to be relatively location independent (but likely lives most of the time in the US).
Greece is watching you too 🙃🇬🇷
Great to see you here! Thanks so much for stopping by and saying hello :)
Hey Harry I got a question! This is a serious one too, what did baba sen smell like? I dunno why I've always wondered this

Thank you Brother keep up the good work !
Thank you so much :) Hope you are having a good weekend!
Mexico here!
If you find yourself in New Zealand I can recommend some fabulous Barbers :)
Thank you Isaac :)
Harry looks so much like "Handsome" Harry Pierpont from Muncie, Indiana, who was a member of John Dillinger's gang in the 30's... Google him
did he shave you?
Yes, we were very fortunate to have the opportunity to film a shave video with Farzad :) Thanks for stopping by!
He kind of looks like Sid Haig
As a day one viewer, I have to say Harry I was disappointed in this interview. I realize you want to be a private person, but then why do interviews? Why do videos of yourself? While I doubt its the case, you came off kind of shady in this interview (not wanting anyone to know your background, what city you are currently in, etc.) I'm just saying it's one thing to be private, it's another to flat out refuse to answer any personal questions in an interview. I still enjoy your channel though, that's all that matters, I guess.
and a Tanzanian here!
Good to see you here! Thanks for stopping by and saying hello :)
i come from belgium yeahh
So haircut Harry won’t share his personal info. Totally understandable. Hence the name Haircut Harry. LOL! It’s about haircuts...not Harry. 👍🏾
Yes, I didn't give all the juicy answers lol :) Thanks so much for stopping by and commenting!
Why wont you just tell us what you do for a living and where you live? I know it may be a privacy thing and there are people that just want to have a degree of privacy but the peopel relaly want to know Harry!
At the begining of the vid when Farzad says you live in a - it gets blanke dout. What did he say? You don't live in a trailer do you?
Harry........ are you English? 😉
TheAughoti he’s Australian
James McLeod I always thought he was from New Zealand.
The barber is like Hizbollah people, as well as Jewish rabbis, which category is he!? I do not know...
hair cut harry noone knows what you do for a living noone knows how you afford your travels you should give your patreons a little more info about your self. youre marrried have kids. i know you respect your privacy but we are curious :) give us something lol lets start with what country were you born, at least answer that hehe i am from sweden :)
you have scandinavian follwers to
Hello Paralyzer - thanks so much for watching and commenting! I've been wanting to do a video and we will probably do a blog post as well that goes into how we afford our travels. We've spent many years working, having two incomes, and living more simply so we can save money to fund our traveling. While paying off student loans, we made it our goal to live with very low debt (i.e. low mortgage, no car loans, credit card debt, etc.). We also always look at ways to keep the travel affordable as the expenses can definitely add up. You will often find us traveling in the low season where you can find more affordable flights and accommodation, and we usually book a place through airbnb with a kitchen so we can cook at home rather than eat out everyday. Thankfully, we also have growing AdSense revenue from the YT videos and Patreon supporters to help subsidize the costs of video production. Hope this answer didn't bore you to tears lol :) We would love to travel to Sweden one of these days💕
HairCut Harry Loved this conversation. Loved the phone ringing. Seems to me like you have good perspective on life. Why chase ghosts when your living it and enjoying it. Keep doing that. Coming out of trauma as burn out I thought life was supposed to be the way I lived it before. Now I know better to stay in the present and enjoy what I have. Stress, anxiety, and constant pressure of performing is a killer. Love your channel and your take on life.
B2B Bogey - I hear ya :) There are so many distractions that get in the way of appreciating what we have and focusing on what is truly important and joyful in life. We've tended to generally live more simply but in the past few years we have been working towards simplifying our lives even more (from a financial and material possessions perspective), and it is definitely a process. For us it has felt really good to simplify :) Happy to hear you enjoyed this conversation and like the channel! Hope you are healing from the trauma and burn out.
Those chairs are magnificent !
Harry, as someone who has been in to India (pre-Internet) I was waiting for someone to do a street shave/head massage video, so I am one of your original viewers. I agree with the commentators about your refusal to answer any personal questions. It makes you come off kind of shady (which I don't think you are) but it's like you are doing an interview and refuse to answer basic questions. I know your current travel is funded partially by adsense, but I also know you were travelling well before UA-cam even existed. I think people find it interesting when others travel a lot and want to know harmless things such as business or pleasure?
I have to say, I'm not sure why you uploaded this. I've been watching your videos for a long time (because I find them relaxing and interesting), and I've honestly never thought about or wanted to know your personal business. But, life is short, and having just spent 15 minutes of my life watching a video of a guy asking you questions, just so you can not answer them and say how private you are, was kind of a turn off.
Mattxiety RIP you feeling you wasted your time is your own personal mistake. Harry explaining how he got the idea, bantering with a barber, and just generally being playful with his channel was an interesting dynamic to watch. If you’re not sure why he uploaded this, maybe it’s because some of us find it enjoyable. Hope that helps solve your mystery and need to voice it.
I'd say my "need", as you put it, to voice my opinion on this particular video (while in the same comment, acknowledging that I've enjoyed all of his previous content to date) was no greater than *your* need to voice your opinion on my comment. I also respect that you, and probably many others, have and will find it enjoyable so, yes, I guess that does help me understand the value of uploading it, so thanks. :)
you "need" to open your mind so you could understand the core of the conversation
Mattxiety RIP and cjbxz - thanks for watching and keeping the comments respectful :) We like to try new things and experiment with the videos, and we always hope you will enjoy it. However, we recognize that it may not be something everyone likes. For this video, we had a great time meeting Farzad and decided to have fun with filming this conversation piece :)
@@MattxietyA I agree with you

Good job swerving the Trump question. Politics is never a good idea at work Whether you love or hate Trump.

Bit of a phony accent there, Harry.
Farzad is pretty rude.
he is. he acts nice but he's kinda rude
