This looks complex with many parts. Wouldn´t it be easier to binder jet a metal mold instead and then simply infuse the mold with metal of choice ? This way you don´t need to worry about oxygen ruining the metal powder, instead you bind quarz sand for a mold.

I was looking into “Oasis3DP” as an option, and if this checks out it may be even better!
looking at their website it doesnt look like it? just like, they publish some stuff to make it easy for you to add your own pieces on to their machine
