Hi Jen, I love your videos, just a little tip so you don’t hurt your back, you’re squatting too high, go a little bit lower and don’t free fall, go slow and keep your knees flexed. You don’t need to push your hips forward like that, just focus on activating your glutes when you go down☺️ hope this helps!
Was going to chime in as well! Thrusting the hips forward is no longer recommended as it doesn’t help the muscles we thought it did and increases risk of lower back pain and injury!
As I’ve aged as a subscriber, I realized Coachella vlogs aren’t my thing anymore. But I can’t wait to see more what you or Lennon eat in a week videos! Lol

Hey Jenn, I love that you're challenging yourself and working out! Proper squats are actually quite tough so it's totally okay that most don't do them correctly. Your form needs some adjusting and you need to go deeper if you truly want results! I recommend for now just using the bar alone with no weights to truly get down the form. In general, tighten your core, hinge at the hips and squat down slowly with control. Your thighs should be parallel to the floor essentially.

I hate brooke linen and every influencer is being sponsored by them right now. They are SO OVER PRICED. The quality is not there. Kohls has much better deals.
I don’t hate on her for promoting them, but I’m convinced that Brooklinen send influencers different quality goods because I ordered full sets and was so disappointed in the quality. They were so sheer and one pillow case even had a hole in it.

also their 365 day return policy is bs! my sheets/duvet cover were ruined after washing them a few times. (had them for 2 months) the buttons on the duvet had cracked and instead of getting “softer” they had both just gotten thin and scratchy. They said that wasn’t covered under the return policy.
Definitely not an influencer or sponsored but i bought a Brooklinen set in 2020, best sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers I’ve ever had and i still have them, no holes, wear or tear, anything. Ben n Jenn im looked fine in October 23 but after that I see no trace of Ben in her posts. Hope they r doing fine. Having a baby changes many things between couples. The main priority becomes the child and the parents relationship takes a backseat.. n in that process, couples learn to live without eachothers love n care.

Don’t speak for everybody and not typically normal for parents to go out casually on trips, parties, hangouts when you have young kiddos around. It’s all about choices and boundaries at the end of the day. I loved hanging out with family and friends but now I have two little ones, I enjoyed hanging out with them and watching them grow and thrive more than going to coachella.

I mean, not talking about the elephant in the room doesn't really work longterm, after someone puts their life online and is known for being open and honest.. viewers have seen a lot so far, couple therapy was no secret either. Well. It’s hard to be a young mom. It’s fun because you have the energy to keep up with your kid. But you still want to be involved with your generation of normal activities. My mom and family helped me a lot. I was going through a lot emotional stuff. Being a young parent is a huge change for some.

Not to compare, but I think Jenn should go in the direction of what Sophia Chang is doing with her videos. “Life in my Thirties”. I feel like Jenn is confused with her content and doesn’t know what to post anymore? What if you do something like “mom life” or “mommy diaries”. Something that is current in your life that can be helpful to other people. I’m a first time mom, just a year older than you and your content has been getting less and less interesting to me.
Sadly, she doesn’t want do that and you can tell. She wants her old life back. Since her pregnancy announcement video, you can tell she didn’t want to have a kid in the first place. Obviously, her kid slowed down a bit of her career. She used to go on Evolve events and go to Fashion Weeks. But also, she could be making these videos because she is keeping herself distracted from her divorce and stressors of her personal life? I guess just let her post whatever she wants? Hopefully she will figure out her flow again or her new flow. Sophia Chang is being her self and has found her flow and happiness. Let Jenn figure out hers.
