Carpaccio of Beef with Parmigiano Reggiano Taste Test

This was a very pleasant taste test from the Italiamo range from Lidl
Carpaccio of Beef with Pamigiano Reggiano & Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Thin slices of tender Beef ( RAW ) perfectly paired with the Pamiagiano Regganio Cheese ! the Olive Oil was a delightful accompaniment - £2.99 from Lidl and what a treat it was ! this product is amazing the Beef just melts in the mouth ! the texture is really very nice and the taste is sublime ! wonderful product and 10 out of 10 all day long from me !! superb !! I would recommend this to every carnivore on the channel !! you wont be disappointed ! This would be an ideal starter to any dinner party ! all I can say is it is stunning in my humble opinion !!

Just ate a whole pack myself. Was delicious, and worked so well with the oil drizzle and cheese crumbs
