- sorry for no wednesday upload, the main channel took some priority this week. I'll have a saturday upload, but i am running a bit low on my stockpile of content, so we might go down to 2 a week until i can rev the engine back up. also, this'll be the last one for a little while since interest fell off a cliff, i'm rotating these to 1 a month if that.

didn't expect to see the game that got me into gaming, rollercoaster tycoon, pop up in this series but MAN am i glad it did. SUCH a good game.
I chose the PS3 over the 360 because of God of War and Metal Gear Solid, but LBP came out first and justified my choice all on its own. I liked it so much I made a point to ace every level, which is the type of thing I typically don't do.

LBP was one of my favorite series. I loved all the games. Even bought the newest Sackboy game, though it was more of a Super Mario game with an LBP skin on it.
This is a fun guessing game, and it’s interesting to see you guess games based on context clues, despite you never playing them. You should dedicate a day every month to playing some of these, somewhat like how Funhaus used to do Demo Disks. Call it Metacritic Mania or something.

the crystal grapes are utterly iconic
Banger games in this one you should play:
1. Dishonored/Dishonored 2 (Incredible immersive stealth sims, tons of ways to play, a really cool world and story as well)
2. Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance (this plays NOTHING like the rest of the series and is an incredible action game by the folks who made stuff like Bayonetta, Devil May Cry, and more. Look up a story summary of MGS4 if you want any context but other than that the story is standalone, at the very least you'd understand all the memes and stuff that came from this game)
3. Devil May Cry 5 (Again, amazing action game, this time by Capcom. One of the best character action games ever made, also a tremendous soundtrack that's worth looking up on it's own)
4. Quake (and Quake 2, really Q2 is probably the better game nowadays but Q1 has a soft spot in my heart. Both have awesome remasters that came out over the last couple years that add tons of great QoL and modernizing touches to make the games play, run, and look even better than they did back in the day)
5. Fez (One of the best indie puzzle games ever. Like Outer Wilds, which I've been watching you stream, don't look up any answers or info, just play the game, it's a hell of a ride)
6. Half-Life 2 (One of the best single-player shooters of all time, straight up. Fantastic story with (at the time) revolutionary gameplay. If you have Steam you probably got a copy of this and HL1 at some point without even realizing it.)
7. Disco Elysium (ok I know this would never happen because it's basically just all reading but it's so so so good. Just one of the deepest and coolest stories in video games, with a really cool gameplay system built entirely around your decisions and dice rolls, where failing to do stuff is often better than, or at least more entertaining than, succeeding and just as valid of a path through the game.)
8. Hitman: World of Assassination (Formerly known as Hitman 3, now basically a package of all 3 modern Hitman games. If you like games where you can play them super seriously, or do wacky bizarre shit and still get away with it, this is the series for you, one of the best games to "play it your way" ever. Tons and tons of content as well.)
9. Doom 2016 and Doom Eternal (Yes I know the vid only has Eternal but 2016 is the setup for it, and is also amazing. Two of the best single-player shooters in the last 20 years. (I prefer Eternal, which is not the popular opinion) If you want a fast shooter, and I mean FAST, play these.)
I'm super surprised how few people seem to be mentioning Undertale. Phenomenal game
