for the love of all that's holy PLEASE do yourself a favor and also play Chrono Trigger. Both it and Outer Wilds are cornerstones.
I don't care if outer wilds becomes other content. All I request is the full VODs posted to YT for outer wilds. lol
If you decided to stream Outer Wilds, consider not looking at chat or use emote mode or what ever for the full experience. I looked up one small element after being stumped for hours and I still regret not figuring it out on my own.

I feel you man I missed out on so many great games just because I only played WoW, COD, LoL, and CS growing up. I played some games like OOT day one but I'm from the 90's and online wasn't that big but once stuff like CS and COD came out I only played that then WoW beta came out and I put 12-16 hours a day on that game until MOP came out I just couldn't do pandas was way to much of a change for me. After that it was just back to CS as my main or whatever random BF game was out at the time. I'm learning content creating now once I learn how to edit down an hour+ into 20 mins I might go back and play everything I missed. Even if I don't do it for content I still want to see the worlds I missed out on.

2. The Mass Effect Trilogy (the Legendary Edition of the trilogy is on everything and it's an awesome collection of games with great characters and action, my favorite is 2)
3. Portal 2 (One of the best games Valve ever made)
4. Hollow Knight (It's like Dark Souls)
5. Resident Evil 4 Remake (the original is in the video but the remake is phenomenal)
6. Halo 1 (they're all in the Master Chief Collection on PC and on Game Pass, awesome series of games)
7. The Last of Us (Would be cool to compare it to the early stuff you remember, also you can time it with the next season of the show for clicks/views)
8. Yakuza 0 (incredible game but probably not on stream because it's super long and full of cutscenes)

Not only was Resident Evil 4 a Gamecube exclusive, it was intended to be part of a series of exclusives to the system from Capcom known as the Capcom Five, with director of the game (and leader of the Capcom Five project) Shinji Mikami being so dedicated to the cause that he told Capcom leadership that they would have to fire him before he would let them port it to the PS2 or Xbox.
Well, before it was even released, Capcom decided to port it to PS2 not even a full year after the Gamecube release date with more content, as the Gamecube was selling terribly and so were games on it so Capcom didn't want to drop it only on the tanking system. As for the rest of the Capcom Five, one of the games was canceled, two of the others were also ported to PS2 (Viewtiful Joe and Killer 7) and only one of them remained a Gamecube exclusive (P.N.03, also the lowest-selling game of the group and the worst game in the group)
Outer Wilds playthrough would be an awesome watch but if you want another great gimmick game I would recommend Before Your Eyes. it's a quick hour and a half game with the gimmick of blinking with your camera! It's one of the games that stuck with me after I beat it so I couldn't recommend it enough lol
