That ONF comeback is a masterpiece, the song, the MV the choreo, the styling, literally perfection. Also check out their M Countdown performance of this.....minds will be blown!!
Hwang Hyun, ONF's main songwriter and producer that has been working with them since debut, had an interview a little while ago where he talked about how angry he was that ONF isn't recognized and appreciated by people, that he and the guys work so, so hard just to be met with basically no response from kpop fans and the general public at large, it felt to me like he was blaming himself for that a little bit; and it seems that anger came through with Bye My Monster, you hear it in the instruments, you listen to it in the lyrics, there's frustration and desperation in them, maybe he felt that this is it, this is the song that should be appreciated and should lead ONF to stardom, and I hope he's right, I hope all the people outside the fandom praising it and ONF will lead to that, they deserve it, he deserves it. Anyway, I can see why a lot of people interpret the lyrics as about romantic love but I personally see it as them, as well as Hwang Hyun, talking to themselves, like they're that part of themselves that feels like a failure, like a destructive monster that is just hurting themselves and that they desperately need to be let go of even if by force. And I mention Hwang Hyun because I think Yuto was meant to represent him in the MV to an extent (beyond their actual storyline), and in the scene where he was struggling to write maybe means he couldn't stop doing it, constantly seeking that one perfect song that will make people notice ONF, like he was pushing himself too far, until all the other members' hands grab his arm to show support and help him let go, even if it hurts.
ONF is another potential group who music I've really come to enjoy and appreciate because it's so different every single time Kiss Of Life as a group and performers never misses
Absolutely certain that the ONF is rising, although still very underestimated. Your songs, music are all beautiful and well made and world needs to see and hear it. The part what I loved the most and Rachmaninoff Sympgony no. 2nd MV doesn't even show the best part of the choreography! And I was watching with tears in my eyes and my hand pressed over my mouth all the MV that I couldn't move it really is a work -prime. The album is also amazing.
Enjoyed the reactions~ Fyi, at the end of 2023 WM Entertainment announced that Minkyun and Seungjun will no longer be promoting with their stage names.
Different for them, but still great. Haneul got to flex a bit, too. 13:50 It's just me, but I think I'd try some other way to get rock-hard glutes 🤭. 15:00 to 15:15 Calling back to their debut solos...

ONF 리액션 해주셔서 감사합니다❤
Onf is a really talented singer. This song is really rare lyrics in kpop.
Midas Touch gives early 2000’s vibes, like Britney Spears
