You might include Bathe+ which I think is a better shampoo than Bathe. Is also lays down a sacrificial layer. I am thinking of putting Gyeon One over my 2 year old Carpro UK 3.0
Just tried out One EVO, very easy to apply and remove. I enjoyed using it. I find the window to be a tad longer than cquartz UK regarding flash/removal.
Some of these coatings do look like a DIY could handle it easily. My only concern is that if the paint had swirls and other imperfections going on, it would probably require a paint correction first. That’s something I wouldn’t want to fiddle around with. That’s why I just sent my black A4 (remember, black isn’t a color, it’s a full time job) to a professional detailer to do the paint correction and paint protection work. Nothing special with the paint protection, just a polish/wax type product was used.
Yes. Immediate soak in apc/water and then launder with rags to riches. I will reuse them maybe 2-3 times then demote them to interiors. They come out soft and not crunchy. Some would say never use them again on an exterior but I have found it to be completely safe if laundered properly
@@attention2detailswchelsea I thought about doing that, like soak them in a bucket with warm soapy water, not too warm as this could damage them, but the APC sounds better. Thanks for the info, I appreciate it, God bless!!!
Wonderful description of the Gyeon One coatings. Can’t wait to use them; your analysis and seal of approval means the world to me. It turned out great! Do you recommend using a fan or having air circulating as part of the flashing process?
Might be tight. I'd go with the 60ml bottle to be safe. But then again I didn't think I'd have enough for this vehicle and had more than enough, possibly could have gone heavier actually
Wow, that turned out very nice! So would this be a coating that you'd recommend to a beginner if they only had a carport and not an enclosed garage to work in? I know there's a fine line there, and it's probably best to avoid doing a coating outside if possible. Just curious. Thanks, Chelsea!
They did say the new Evo One coating should be tolerable of higher temps and would be good for mobile detailers so Id say yes under a carport or canopy it would be fine.
I just coated my truck with Mohs Evo, and was my first coating ever. I have a garage, but it is rated for outdoors with at least 12 hours of dry time. It was incredibly easy…no harder than applying a spray wax honestly. Do the proper prep, and it will come out fine. Mohs Evo does not require waiting for flash or 🌈, so no worries about that. Can wipe off immediately.
Exterior yes. Gyeon has a dedicated glass coating, q2 view Id recommend over this. www.carsupplieswarehouse.com/products/gyeon-q2-view?_pos=1&_sid=0669d2435&_ss=r
65 and low humidity and had minor issues with high spots after the fact due to weather preventing me from pulling it out until 24 hrs later but everything was manageable and actually very pleasant to work with and will be testing their whole evo lineup soon
Really nice turn around. You do good work. Is there a difference between Gyeon Restart and CarPro Reset? I'd like to see you use the new Carpro Descale. Repeat your opinion.

Great job Chelsea
Beautiful work Chelsea. Always appreciate your real world perspective.

Well done Chelsea. Great informative video.Gyeon products are lovely to work with too.👍

Nice coating! Definitely easy to apply with great results. 👍🇨🇦
Vlog style content is rly good!
Nice turnaround
Excellent demo and explanation on the proper application technique. You should consider providing classes once you have the available time.
Great and informative video Chelsea, Gyeon makes really great products.
I love the Gyeon Prep too!
Very informative! Thanks Chelsea!
Awesome video , do like this coating. Especially the new one out
Thanks
Great vid! What's your 3 towel method that you mention while you're applying the coating?

Great video Chelsea, do you wash the towels used to remove the coating for future use again?
Thanks!

Love how you are always trying to help mom
If you don’t have access to a polisher, would it be okay putting straight on the paint? If you’re happy with the little swirling you have
As long as it’s decontaminated and has no protection on it you can apply any coating without polishing technically.
Wonderful description of the Gyeon One coatings. Can’t wait to use them; your analysis and seal of approval means the world to me. It turned out great! Do you recommend using a fan or having air circulating as part of the flashing process?
With this less air is better as it flashes pretty quickly so you might have more time to work if you dont have air blowing right on it
Turned out nice 👍❤
Great video demonstrating what looks to be a good coating option! Would the 30ml bottle be enough for a full size crew cab pickup??
Might be tight. I'd go with the 60ml bottle to be safe. But then again I didn't think I'd have enough for this vehicle and had more than enough, possibly could have gone heavier actually
Great advice! 👍

Question is that good on all external body , trim. Glass also.

how much do you charge for a ceramic coating on a car? truck? given the price of the coating
Did the product stink and what was the temperature and humidity when applying.
65 and low humidity and had minor issues with high spots after the fact due to weather preventing me from pulling it out until 24 hrs later but everything was manageable and actually very pleasant to work with and will be testing their whole evo lineup soon
how many layers it’s recommended to apply?
One normally as its a one year coating
did u use on glass?
No
I heard others say it was 12 cure time?
True but to be safe I try to stick closer to 24. Minimum is 12

Respect
Reset is like Bathe, restart has iron removal additives.
1st to watch
😄😄😄I watch it always faster since I watch them in 1.5 to 2.0 speed
