The VIM wrench extender like the Monster and KD before it is an absolute must. I was up on a scissor lift leaning way over yanking on a 1 1/4 wrench with mine the other day, way more confidence with it than even a breaker bar, it stays lined up and engages tight.
the hard part for me was never getting any vacation. if you do ask for "a day" off it was unpaid. who is good after a day? and what good is a week off if unpaid
