Looks like an accurate reinterpretation of the original to me
I actually like the rivets on my BB54
They're awesome, right? 54 is such a cool watch
I've got a 6.5 inch wrist so I'm hoping I don't encounter the between-size link issue. I'm very particular about the fit and like to get it perfect.
Reckon you'll be fine
@@TheLumeRoom guess what... I'm between sizes also. With 3 links removed I fully open the T Fit and it wears slightly snug. With 2 links removed I fully close the T Fit and it wears slightly loose. I've got with the latter but could really do with a 0.5 or 1.5 link to perfect this very minor issue. Aside from that it's perfection 👍🏼
@@markdegaute2125 That's my exact situation. I can live with it, amazing watch.
I've bought and just fitted the Uncle Seiko half link for the BB58. It's pretty much perfect and now it fits me just right with the full range of glide lock now in play. Do yourself a favour and order one now from Unlimited Straps.

Congrats wear it in good health ✌️
Thanks, it's been amazing so far
Awesome watch 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼. Is there a quick release for the bracelet ? To change to rubber strap
Thanks, it's top class. Sadly no quick release bracelet.
Gorgeous watch but a bit too small for my wrist. A 39mm or 41mm Heritage for me
Shame it’s missing a date complication
Tudor have you covered
Have u considered buying the rubber strap as well?
Considered it, but I'm a bracelet guy
@@TheLumeRoom its a no brainer to get the bracelet, but I wonder if you can also buy the rubber starp and interchange them, on days where u wanna do sports and such. I’m also planning to get one and also buy the rubber strap.
@lifematch Yes, your AD will sell you the rubber strap separately, which you'll be able to swap with the bracelet whenever you like. Go for it!
very good !!!
What is your wrist size? Great review btw just subscribed 👍🇮🇪👍
Uncle Seiko do a half link for the BB58. Not sure if this will fit the bracelet for the 54.
Different tint on the stainless steel. I'm sure they'll do a 54 though. Appreciate the suggestion, though!
Wow the bezel clicks when not turned , it’s A Harry Potter watch !
Haha, the magic of editing
Tudor is legendary 1960’s Tudor Submariner is best of best, all parts made by Rolex except movement ETA. Crown guard, Benz hands, Rollipop second hands, Rose mark. Still it looks gogeous.
It had it all
I could not agree with you more about the need for half links on all bracelets. I would go further though and say that all watches with snowflake hands should also have the option of being specced with a Mercedes handset as well.
Come on manufacturers, give the customer options to specify the watches they really want.
Half links on any bracelet just makes sense. It's an easy win
I freakin love the watch. AD told me 3 years waiting so I guess he has no clue when he will get some...
Haha, there will be a wait list but NOT 3 years. Hang in there pal.
@@TheLumeRoom yeah I thought so. Wrote an email to another salesperson at the AD. I guess I will just visit them every 2 months:-)
Does the 54 bracelet fit the 58?
No
How does this compare to the less expensive Christopher Ward Trident 300 in 38mm? Would love to see a side by side review of each.
Good question but sadly I don't have the CW for comparison
@@TheLumeRoom Wonder if you CW they'll send you a 300 to review?
@@timyoungnc I'd be open to that
@@TheLumeRoom drop CW an email and tell them your idea and point them to you channel - would make for a great review!
I love my Black Bay Steel
Snap!
Damasko is right up there with bezel action.
Cool, I'll need to try those
I would like that bazel uses orange golden numbers, not silver.
Nah, I reckon they nailed it
I think it is perfect. You can get a 1/2 link from, me thinks, Uncle Seiko.
Uncle Seiko don't do a 54 half link... yet
I emailed uncle Seiko and they confirmed that the 58 half link fits on the 54. (a customer confirmed)
I thought the bracelets were the same except for the T fit clasp on the 54.
Confirmed. the half link for the 58 fits on my 54
What a great watch... Ceramic bezel?
Aluminium bezel
Waiting for a navy blue dial version of this.
Probably in the works
@@TheLumeRoom Do you think that the Burgundy Bezel Black Bay will have a 37mm version?
@@dd-dd2co Can't see it, at least for a few years
@@TheLumeRoom That would be such a perfect watch.
Okay, so while you're driving it looks like the bezel is high polished ceramic... and it's drool-worthy... could you imagine this watch with a ceramic bezil ...
Haha, you never know what they'll do next
I want one but I have a hard time spending so much money on a Tudor as my first luxury watch.
It's the perfect first luxury watch and arguably the best value out there
actually I have to agree 100% with him. It’s the best value luxury watch as a first buy and entry into luxury watches! if you think it’s too small, the 58 is 2nd to none!
That’s it, I just have to find one 🤔🙏
Best of luck!
