Improving lives through stem cell research

The Waisman Center at the University of Wisconsin-Madison is using stem cell research to improve the lives of people living with disabilities. We meet one family whose daughter with Down Syndrome benefits from her time at the center. While families aren't necessarily looking for a cure, research can make those living with particular conditions easier.
