    Good review, I like the way you did it. Doesn't sound scripted, which is a good thing.

    Great video, just wondering if you have a link for the watch straps you used?

    So, this does not have"Ok Google" hot word detection? You have to press the crown for The Google Assistant?
    I like the slimmer form factor though. Guess I will stick with the Huawei Smart Watch 2 until something better comes along in slimmer package with all of the features 🤞

      +Lee Woods yeah, that's correct. No hot word detection, sadly.

      I think you may have missed the hotword detection setting in Android Wear 2.0, because the Style definitely is capable of it (speaking from personal experience here!)

      +Caleb Lee yikes, you're correct. It's disabled by default, but if you go into the personalization settings on the watch that can be changed.
      Thanks for the correction!

    Thanks for a nice video! Do you know if it's possible to listen to music offline on this watch, preferably using Spotify?

    • @AreaofInterest
      @AreaofInterest  6 років тому

      +Sebastian Sandvik You can't stream music directly from the watch in any way that's sustainable. But it does have the ability to store and play Google Play music songs with ease.

    • @AreaofInterest
      @AreaofInterest  6 років тому

      +Sebastian Sandvik I know offline listening is supported through Play Music. I don't have Spotify premium however, so I can't test to see if it's available with Spotify's app, sorry!

    Do Lg watch style accept Ring app?

    • @AreaofInterest
      @AreaofInterest  5 років тому

      The LG Style runs WearOS, which means that it will run any app in the app store. I've never used the Ring app, so I can't tell you how good it is, but it will be available.

    Does the watch have an always on display like the rest of the Android watches? Every time I watch a review for the LG watch it always has the screen off

    • @AreaofInterest
      @AreaofInterest  6 років тому +3

      +Hayri Bustos all Android Wear watches have an option for an always on display. I enjoy battery life over ease of access, so I have that feature turned off.

    • @AreaofInterest
      @AreaofInterest  6 років тому +1

      +Hayri Bustos it's a feature that can be turned off. This watch does have a smaller battery than some other watches, so I prefer to leave it off to save battery.

    i find lg style about 50$ do you recommend me to buy one ?

    • @AreaofInterest
      @AreaofInterest  5 років тому

      I would. LG's newer watches haven't been significantly better than this in my opinion. If Google Pay or GPS is something which you value, then no, don't buy this. But if those are features that you'd never use, absolutely, buy it.

    Everyone is looking for NFC and LTE. But...
    1~ Why do people need NFC for when you pay with a watch or phone that spells out L-A-Z-Y.
    2~ Why do people expect a watch to have LTE when you could connect to wifi and not waste ur mone or you could actually save up your money and get a phone instead.
