Do we all have the same boss? That is wild. I have the situation with my male boss. He stares at me the whole shift and he doesn’t smile or look mad. It got to the point that I asked the other manager if I’m not doing well at work. She said I’m doing good there. I’m so confused. I even nod my head when the male boss is staring at me because at first I thought he wanted to tell me feedback. But he just keeps staring and says nothing. He doesn’t even look away when he knows I see him staring. So we end up staring at each other for a minute. It’s so uncomfortable. I go where he can’t see me so he stops staring, but he somehow always manages to be across from me staring or he’ll come to the same section as I’m in at work. Has anyone figured it out yet why the male boss is staring?
Don't get to happy....some ppl make deep or intense direct eye contact when talking to you. Don't read into something that's not there otherwise you'll get your heart broken
I often saw him running and everytime we cross each other, as far as I remember, He always look at me in the eyes, his eyes saying like He knows me and I know him. We never smile to each other and even say hi, nor ask each other name, we just passing by each other. After that, there's one question stay in my mind.
i read that direct eye contact when 2 people look at each other in the eyes, stare as in prolonged eye contact, it creates a bond, and makes people fall in love, psychology study
I don't know about the others ones but I definitely do the have a good look to see if she is maybe interested.. I don't think it's foolproof as a shy girl who likes you may not enjoy eye contact, and some girls are doing the same as I'm doing..
At work this guy randomly started sitting at my table aftr we met outside for the first time and the eye contact he gave me left me thinking of him a lot. Now I notice he comes in and sits directly across the table from me while we talk and he doesn’t break eye contact at all. He smiles and is invested in what i say but idk its something about how he does it like hes doing it to make me remember him or something. Whatever hes doing for som reason im more attracted to him and want to talk to him more. I also noticed that when someone sits with us he always gets up and politely excuses himself as he needs to get back to his post. Hes done it twice but? Idk.
HE'S ATTRACTED TO YOU. The reason he leaves when someone else does up is he doesn't want anyone else knowing he likes you. As a guy, it's kinda embarrassing when people know your feelings, especially when you like someone because he doesn't know how you feel. You should talk to him. The no breaking eye contact when talking you is letting you know he's 100 percent invested in the conversation.
I’ve only experienced this twice in my 46 years😂 Neither one of those relationships worked out..however I enjoyed the pretend attention nonetheless 😊👍🏻
this guy stares at me, we look at each other, until we cant see each other anymore in the room, and it's magnetic, like you can't control it, i can't control it, it happens with this 1 person
it's enjoyable, satisfying, pleasureful, not uncomfortable, don't want it to end, so from my end there is definitely attraction, and im assuming from his end too
When you see something that interests you, your brain releases oxytocin and dopamine, and if you maintain intense eye contact, your feelings may intensify2. Eye-gazing brings couples closer and enhances lovemaking3. Couples who both looked into each other's eyes reported significantly higher feelings of affection, passionate love, dispositional love, and liking for their partner4.
How can eye contact create that kind of intimacy? A Japanese study published in the journal Neuroimage provides a clue be looking inside the brain during a staring contest. It seems that eye contact actually synchronizes brain activity between two people.
What happens if you notice your boyfriend doing this to girls everywhere and every time we are in public. Is he trying to make me look like a fool, or is it just feeding his ego. It makes me depressed, because it happens so often.
I'm a guy, and i keep seeing all these if a guy likes you videos aimed at girls? I know there's a guy i like, but is the youtube algorithm trying to tell me he likes me back? He's supposed to be straight though, and when we worked out the other day together he let me take pics of him flexing and even sticking his tongue out at me. What does it mean?
Not agreeing 100%. There is a percentage of disturbed people who actually do this in order to intimidate or act out predatory behaviour. Red flag: if it makes you uncomfortable make it known. A psychopath also has an intense stare and wants to sense your fear. Dont be intimidated and stand tour ground.
Rule # 5: To show a person you take them seriously and show respect, you look them in the eye. It is not always because we are attracted to them.

What if they’re already staring and smiling at you when you look and don’t look away, continue to smile and nod when you smile back and say hi…?
What if someone taps you on the shoulder to tell you that a guy is staring at you, but he turns quickly around when he sees my friend look his way.
I’ve stopped taking notice of eye contact. After all I’ve been through I’m not bothered about what men are attracted to
