How refreshing to find someone who knows how to use the gearbox ! I get hacked off with reviewers who are hypercritical simply because they haven't taken the time or trouble to learn how to drive the thing.

Thanks for sharing! I have a smart 450 cabrio from 2001 with a 0.6 engine, which I believe is the very first generation ;). It handles very easy and is really fun to drive. And now and then you get people looking at your car too because its quite different from what you see on the road now.

I have Smart 450 also , and i love her (sammy) . Had her nearly 3 years , always puts a smile on my face when i drive her .
