Love Einar and his band. Great analysis. He is quite unique indeed. Hope you'll cover their song Contaminate Me featuring Ihsahn, from the same concert. Ihsahn is an equally unique vocalist worth checking. May require some preparation though as he is in a category of his own. If you do, also bring a drum teacher to do a duo-reaction/-analysis. Baart Kolstad is a beast! :^) When it comes to vocal control in transitions and when stretching vowels, and for a unique, pretty timbre ... Anneke, TG25, you know which songs. ;)
Einar used to do more screaming/growling, but he's gradually done less and less over the years. As far as I know, the latest Leprous album doesn't have any growling.
Yes the drummer is amazing, but I respectfully disagree that he IS the band. The second drummer (the one with a shirt) is a former member that they had on as a guest... nothing sad about it. Normally it's just one.
That’s rude as hell. They didn’t NEED two drummers. They brought their old drummer in for the show for fun. Baard doesn’t need a back up. And this band is perfect all around. But please, since you’re the authority on great music, let us know what to listen to.

the growl didn't sound safe but he's been doing live performances for a while now and his voice hasn't degraded so I assume it's fine
Yeah, often times we can hear something as unhealthy but it's sustainable, and the same is true of the opposite

Their older music is interesting....the newer stuff? Too poppy for me. But Einar shines regardless.
