Helicoptere has a very convincing 3d motion effect, even if it's a fixed animation (as opposed to something that shifts a bit as you move around or something).
La Moto Infernale looks like it was inspired by Test Drive, with its mountain side road, but the limitations of the hardware meant that it had to be very modified to be workable.

I never heard of it. From the language in some of the games, it was popular in French speaking countries. I did own a G7000 Videopac. I kept it long after I got rid of my other stuff. Its graphics made the Atari VCS look posh.

Oof; not much fun on offer here for unfortunate VG5000 owners.
I switched from this (and I could not play the best of these games, only the simple ones I could recopy the code from the manual like Blitz or Slalom) to a Megadrive (Genesis). I can't tell you the joy of playing Sonic and Bare Knuckles, no wonder I'm still such a game enthusiast nowadays that I'm learning how to develop a game.
These were painful. Granted, it was aimed at schools. What was the slot machine trying to accomplish by being super slow like that? Aiming to build suspense for a big digital win? Lol. I like how the motorbike driving game had no bike, just the tachometers. Still, it had Tetris and KC sort-of Munchkin, so that gave you a little less buyer's remorse perhaps?
Considering this came out 2 and a half years after the Spectrum, it is a pretty weak system.
Yes, but it was easy to program in basic. It was made for that : teach how to program. A lot of games in this video are in basic.
