  • A couple of years ago, I did a video of pulled pork on a different smoker. Today, we’re smoking it on the Silverbac. Stay tuned to see how it turns out.

    Do you ever feel the need to add extra smoke via a tube or something using the Silverbac AT?

      If I do I usually just drop the temp to 185-190 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour before bumping it up to whatever temp I'm smoking at. I refuse to do any more "jumping down the rabbit hole" as far as chasing accessories to make a smoker work better.
