I meant to say every fifty crafts I get about five 20FCR bases on belts. Similarly, about every fifty glove crafts, I'd get about five 15-20FCR bases. Also, I spent one of the vials to get the 3-3 jewel in my circlet, but was able to find a mirror before season end, so I still have the other vial. I considered vialing my wand for style points, but ended up keeping for non-ladder just in case. One last thing I forgot to clarify on the playstyle. I mention that casting desecrate on the head of the monster appears to cast the corpses at their feet, so going directly into CE doesn't always work, because you actually have to hit the corpse to explode. You'll need to constantly adjust your cursor to make sure you're hitting the corpse, rather than where you just desecrated. Oh, and the pattern I generally use is amp, desecrate, CE^1000. I'll sometimes desecrate multiple times, especially with higher life maps, but usually one does the trick to get it started.
Heyo! Glad to be uploading. I'm thinking of starting lightning strike and making a fury or zealer for uber content, although I'd also like a mobile char, so I'm not 100% sure just yet.
I will never understand why the PD2 devs changed the most satisfying splat-fart sound effect in the whole game, that of corpse explosion, to a level-clipped lootbox opening whoooaaaaang. I tried to play this build a couple seasons ago but I literally re-rolled because the sound effect is so annoying. The sound effect was perfect, the CE sound rework is the worst thing the PD2 devs have done, everything else has earned my highest praises.
Interesting..I didn't know they altered it. I was totally ignorant to CE for a while and finally pulled the trigger on playing it. The sound is definitely jarring..ha.
@@Spanxxxy Bro go look up a video of the D2R Corpse Explosion build and tell me it's not better. Come to think of it maybe I am just remembering the D2R sound and PD2 uses the original sound effect... either way, it's jarring.

Blizzard merc is one of the strongest mercs, plus it's nice to have another element when I run into fire+phys immunes. In a regular season I'd definitely use an infinity merc.
Ha..I’m not really interested in the learning curve, plus the screen spam looks brutal. I’d definitely need to upgrade my PC. Maybe when PoE2 comes out I’ll dive in, but I’m still really enjoying the flow, progression, and end game of PD2.
Ty, ty. I recommend going for pnb GCs, then just using 1 Fire LC above/below your torch. Since CE is 50/50 phys/fire, pnb benefits both damage types. Once you get an infinity merc and kiras, then facets/skills are pretty much inconsequential, but I recommend +1 all corpse, then either 3Os or +1 2Os kira, then whatever weapon type. A 6os skull collector or +4 4Os, or a different weapon/shield combo. The maek on skull collector is the main draw.
