Yes you can. But the reason for the condition is I think you are giving too much water and your soil isn't porous.

I only have sea sand , small sea stones , composed and desert sand (BALU MATI) which is normally use for growing plants , so with these ingredents how can grow its bonzi i have this plant from last 5 years . Hi.. I had a simple enquiry from your experiences. Actually i've left my 1year old aedenium plant in my dormitory and now staying in home and can't go back until the situation regarding covid-19 gets normal. The plant gets 7hr bright sunshine a day. Will it survive without water for more than a month?

Of course, don't worry. It will survive. Though it took some time to recover. After visiting the place after one month give plenty of water then don't fertilize until you see new growth.
