I heard so many times m140 is faster, that car is 0.2 seconds faster than m135i. As the B58 didnt make it into the M2 engine, it means something. As you have variants of the N55 with 326 bhp on the m135i, and 360 bhp on the m2. The same you have b58 with 316 bhp on the 440i and 340 bhp on the m140i. The engines are 3.0 petrol, both are fast, and the difference between them is 0.2 seconds up to 60 mph, so absolutely no difference whatsoever. As numerous videos online have M140I with 700 bhp and m135i with 595-650 bhp, the m135i won all the battles , as the power is transferred down on the tarmac. Dont diss a car, dont diss your own car, thats not good. All the respect for the car guys out there, nice videos, nice quality, keep it coming xx!
If you want BIG power then go for the B58, if you want a fast, nice sounding car that will cost you 5k less then go for the N55. I have driven both and I think they are both equally as fun, you won't be disappointed with either of them.
