I loved rhodes we stayed over the hill, but taxis take you the other way to old town, we only went that way once last day, been conned into going to Nerja again in august

I wouldn’t choose Rhodes town for a beach holiday either. I like to stay in Lindos and have a day and evening in Rhodes old town and stay overnight.

It got much better towards the end. Just the club area that gives you the wrong impression of the place. 😊😊😊

I stayed at horzion Hotel very good hotel good location to walk into the old town ...but same for me not wot I was expecting won't be going back to rodes...I've been spoiled with Italy and there islands around it sardina..scilly

Up the back of town there's a street where all the locals go, it's not so cheap but very nice.
I didn't like the old town so much, too touristy.
The best was my hotel Mitsis Petit Palais, amazing food, If I go back I'll go all-inclusive like all the other Europeans who stay there.

What an absolute hovel. It looks like they had a war there and never did anything up afterwards. The pavements look dangerous and everything is battered and bruised. Anyone that likes resorts like these have probably never been to Tenerife.
