Oh yeah let’s go!!!! So glad to see you posted these, Stiletto. Can’t wait to watch and then modify my own. I’ll be using your videos as a guide for my Mayhem modification and polishing. I am definitely going to ‘SnaggleToothMF’ mine as well. Look forward to watching!
Right on. If you have any questions, fell free to ask, Bro. :-) Man, I really luv the way this one turned out. It's built very nicely. And, it's easy to take apart and put back together again. It's a fun one to mod. Enjoy! :-) Peace, Stiletto :-)
Awesome disassembly, looks well thought out, save for that stop you mentioned, which could be bigger. Probably saving on tons of parts they already had to use.
Yes, the Internal Blade Stop does look like Blade stops they use in other Tri-Ad and Atlas-Lock Models. I totally agree; it was to save on production cost. With that said, I believe it will be just fine e if you don't constantly slam the Blade against it; this Blade is heavier than most Cold Steel Mega Folder Blades, I believe... A stop like this is just fine in a Tri-Ad Folder that won't be heavily fidgeted with. I am not going to fidget with this one like I would my Engage Atlas-Lock Folders. I will treat this one more like a super easy to use Tri-Ad Folder. :-) But, after getting one that's not a Collector and using it and fidgeting with it and manipulating it in my hands, I absolutely luv it! I didn't think I would like it this much, but I do... It sort of shocked me; usually, I don't like super heavy Folders. But, I absolutely luv this one! :-) Peace, Stiletto :-)

Thanks, yes a SnaggleTooth makes a knife so fast to deploy, I have 2 on other coldsteel knives and about to buy another for a Mayhem. Cheers !
Then, you know. :-) Right on! Enjoy! :-) Peace, Stiletto :-)

Be careful with that tip. They tend to grind out the heat treat in factory.
Right on. :-) Peace, Stiletto :-)
