You need to at least get plat in the encounter before (Oryx) to get plat in Rhulk 3 phase. Same thing happened to my group when starting from checkpoint
strange the team I ran with didn't make time but we got plat, maybe you somehow didn't get enough score some how, or maybe you took way too long, think we still 2 phased tho
@@edgarsnezinu1439 it's not bugged you didn't get a high score, time is just a big boost but if you're not chain killing and getting medals some of the encounters you'll be just short of the point requirement atraks you need to kill all the servitors on bottom and the tormentor to be safe

no thats not how it works, past encounter means nothing to the points, points are encounter based not run based

And dint get plat cause they took longer than the time that was given to complete the encounter

Well i did week 1 all plate and in time but got only 2 counted instead 4 it's bugged since week 1
