  • These are the recordings of a 3-Day intensive workshop to create original creature designs.
    DAY 2: After a free exploration of shapes and silhouettes, the next stage is to ground the design. This process is where we make more conscious decisions to make the design balanced and appealing. In ZBrush will take the prototype sketch and quickly clean the topology to add further high-frequency details.
    In this video, we'll use some of the collected references to reproduce some areas of real animals and insects in the design. This video is all about creating and refining secondary volumes and adding variation and contrast on the design
