Sort of sad that the company that owned Century III (being Moonbeam capital) took better care of the building, that would have helped too. They should have either sold it at a loss to someone who would have actaully done something with it, or demolished it. I know at one point there was talk of Amazon buying it for a warehouse (or atl east the land) but it seems that fell through and Moonbeam filed for bankruptcy (although I don't think the two events are related).
