Here’s a professional tip. Keep your kids away from there. It’s private property don’t trespass. Act like an adult, take control of your kids, stay off the property and remember when you thought it was a good idea if there was a mall there as long as it benefited you.
There isn’t much doubt in my mind that something should happen with that structure. Don’t tell me about your patients are wearing thin your stupidity is wearing thinner. Just to repeat one more time stay off the property, keep your kids away and everything will be just fine.

I like that idea. People need to leave it alone.

As a Pittsburgh native, I have a little bit of nostalgia for Century III, but I mean, at this point it looks like a total loss and it's just gonna decay and become worse and worse in terms of being dangerous to anyone trying to go in there and otherwise a cesspool of mold and other health hazards... it should be torn down. Large interior malls are generally a dead model for the modern US.

What everyone needs to do with Moonbeam properties, is don't do anything. As a city, West Mifflin should just ignore it. Everyone else, don't offer Moonbeam one cent for these old malls, and just stick them with the malls forever. Let them pay a few million for each mall, and then nobody buy them. When they catch on fire, don't send a fire department. When a kid falls through the roof; leave him there, but jail the CEO of Moonbeam for an unsafe property. Eventually Moonbeam will go broke, and have to stop being slumlords.

Used to meet girls there for hookups in the 90's after flirting with them in AOL chat rooms

So sad; it was a great place to shop just a few years ago. Either redevelop it or get rid of it; it's just an attractive nuisance now.

Here’s what you do. Use it as a fire fighting training center. Burn it to the ground with free fire fighters

Governments, in the past, have eminent domained property for redevelopment, so what's stopping them now? My guess is the demolition costs.
Besides, if the parents raised their children better, they wouldn't be trespassing and vandalizing the building. Think about that for a second.

Kids have always done that. Nothing new. Sometimes they just don’t listen.

@@emilyfeagin2673 My kids were raised right. They were taught responsibility and respect for others and their property. They were never taught thug behaviors or allowed to run loose like a bunch of degenerates.
They had structure and discipline in their lives and grew up to be great adults.
Maybe that's what happened when my children were raised in a Christian conservative family that respected others.
If being a degenerate is how parents raise their children in Pittsburgh, then I'm glad I don't live close to that shithole of a city.
