ADDING SAND, SALTWATER, MARCO ROCK AND AQUAROCHE ROCK TO THIS 525-GALLON REEF AQUARIUM - UPDATE TWO!

- In this opportunity, we have returned to this great project in Highland Beach, Florida. Jeff Tuner, along with Keith and Josh, has started the interior design of the aquarium, using Marco rock and Aquaroche rock to make it look elegant and organic. Before designing the layout, the sand was also poured, and right after all the rock was put in place, the aquarium was filled with saltwater, especially mixed and brought from our headquarters.
Enjoy while Jeff makes a beautiful rock layout, which will be the beginning of another wonderful marine ecosystem with fish and corals. Stay tuned for more updates on this and other projects.

WOW that’s a perfect size tank and one Hell of a sump setup looking forward to seeing the update for this build 👍👍👍
Thank you! Glad you like it! We definitely will be back with more about this project! Stay tuned!
Awesome looking
Thank you! Cheers!
Wow seriously wow it’s just amazing 😻
Thank you! Glad to know you like our project.
Amazing tank!
It really is! Thank you!
Looks like he's done this before ;) Great scape
Right? Thanks for watching, Justin, means a lot!
Those Rocks and Slabs are beautiful. Do you secure them with any glue or puddy to make sure they don't move or fall, it did look like you found the sweet spot where their wasn't any movement. Awsome!✌🐟💙
We find the best way to keep them in place and rarely use glue. Thanks for commenting! Glad you like the aquarium!
My tanks similar but a little bigger. No way I wouldn't have used glue on those structures.
Sure with normal sized reef fish there's nothing to worry about.
But once your 400 plus gallons people start want bamboo sharks and horn sharks that can hit 4 feet....Or large 4 feet plus eels..
Both of which can easily move those structures
Thanks for commenting. No eels, no sharks in any of our aquariums. That's a big no-no!
Why no rinse of the sand?
We'll have an answer for you soon. Thanks for asking!
Because it's seeded with bacteria, making it live sand. Rinsing it would be detrimental to the beneficial bacterial, thereby extending the period in which the tank fully cycles.
why does everybody pick fresh water backgrounds on their reef tanks
It's a matter of good taste. Clearly not for everybody. Greetings, and thanks for your comment!
@@ReefAquariaDesign_ i don't know if your saying i don't have good taste just saying that the tanks are real beautiful to make it look like a fresh water tank ment nothing bad is just my opinion
