I started wholesaling 6 months ago now what i do is CREATIVE wholesaling where i wholesale creative finance deals closing on my first deal this month on the 28th gonna be a $12,000 assignment fee and another deal that were gonna open escrow soon on which will make anywhere from $5-$15,000 depending on how much $ the seller walks away with and i just started taking action with it in early November as well just takes knowledge of what your talking about how to talk to people build rapport ETC anyone can do this!!! and the best part is that it took me 0 dollars to start

How's he gonna sell a house for 3 k more when you have to pay agent fees, inspection fees, that's usually a few grand easily...

Guys please understand all of this is a scam. Real estate takes patience, cash, credit and you can't be a investor without owning a property already. How the heck else will you know your ass from elbows. You can't be a car dealer without having sold atleast 1 car. You can't be a real estate investor without owning atleast your own property or 1 property. This stuff is preying on the dream. Be careful! Trust me i have nothing to gain by sharing this.
