Got to have good cardio power and not all brawn..... which is why Alain impresses me- carrying around them energy requiring tanks for arms, and still being able to move quickly, for long stretches, gets out of compromising positions and beat downs that make you think he's going to fold, and lasts through it all. True grit right there.... OH and humbly salutes the crowd when he wins instead of acting like some of these arrogant b*tches really makes me love the guy lol

I hate fights like that first round of the Joynson vs Grishenko fight. That rolling around on the flood switching positions from missionary to reverse cowgirl is boring AF, when fighting. Thankfully that particular fight kinda changed its pace in rounds 2 and 3, but that first round was pathetic.

Ngalani vd Kane wasn't fair. The ref was shouting at Kane and ngalani was confused about who he was shouting at. The ref should have to direct, or shout at them by name. Ngalani got robbed.
I guess that's typical for ngalani to be treated unfairly in One. He gets a shouted warning "watch back of head" but his opp is allowed to drop bombs on the back of HIS head. Not cool

Ngalani is great but it really seems like he milks the groin strikes sometimes. He gases out and it seems like he likes taking the no contest way out rather than losing.
