I have been considering adding rucking to my daily routine. I currently start my day with a 40 minute dog walk. This has convinced me to follow through and add a pack a few days a week and build up from there.
Glad our video inspired you to add rucking to your routine. Please let us know how it's going after you mix it in with your dog walk. Any rucksack will work, but wanted to mention if you'd like to use the GORUCK equipment, we have a 10% discount code with them: FMS10. Really appreciate the comment!
3:06 I slowly march up hills with branches as walking sticks and tilt my head back a little and look up and side to side to watch the clouds or the birds. The Head position and sticks helps to activate and spark the posterior chain from behind the neck to the heel…
I thought I was screwed with my wobbly legs, but rucking has strengthened my thighs and lost weight and improved my posture. I couldn't stand press ups or other types of circuit training due to big toe problems. Rucking has given me a choice :)
Do you already ruck or are you considering it? Do you have any go-to warm-up moves when it comes to rucking and carries? Comment below and let us know. Also, if you're interested in getting your own GORUCK rucksack or gear, follow the link below and use promo code FMS10 for 10% off any full-price items. www.goruck.com/

Just stumbled across your channel. EXCELLENT. Have been exploring functional moments for a while but nothing like this.
This is sooo good! Thank you, Grey!
