Very nice video, let me make a suggestion for another one.
You can choose a ''sound to f curve'' in the graph editor to make such animation react to music.

I'd still prefer the Geo Nodes approach for doing this though. You don't need a premade texture and keep the option to change the torus at any time procurally.

why do you always skip the steps at 6:00? Before that point everything works well for me, but somehow after that my torus doesn't look like yours in the rendered window :( I finished your voronoi inflation tutorial, but I can't render it because the color is just black and pink in rendered viewport so I came to this video to see if you did something different, but it's the same
