This looks good and crispy How many minutes again you have to leave the batter before you fry/cook them?
At least 30 minutes and cook about 8-12 minutes ^^

may i know what kind of rice flour ? is it glutinous rice flour or blended rice flour?

Ingredients- All purpose flour 95 g.- Rice flour 15 g- Corn flour 15 g- Sugar 45 g- Milk 150 ml- 1 egg- Baking powder 1/2 tsp- Baking soda 1/2 tsp- Salt 1/4 Tsp- Vanila extract 1/2 tspI was wrong explain in video. Sorry 🙏🏼
