When you clear browser history and choose to clear the password. All saved browser passwords in credentials manager will be cleared as well. When you visit a website after clearing your browser and choose to save password. It will start saving passwords again.

Hello Yaman, you can't see your logon password of Windows when you are logged on. This is blocked and encrypted. But there are other software tools you can used to see your logon password....

If you created a profile with google you should be able to see all your saved credentials in the browser. You just need to logon to the browser. When you wipe your computer all your saved credentials are removed. You can restored deleted files with a third party software but not the passwords saved in credential manager.
