    Hi, I am a full stack dev and looking at all the existing job boards, I feel like me and couple of my friends can build something better and bring in much better user experience, But I dont know how to get recruiters like u to get onboard to a new job board website, kind of like chicken and egg problem, no job posts means no users, no users means no job posts...
    Can u point to some good resource or bring up some new case study of astartup that found great success in the job board scene... This would really help me a lot and I really appreciate your valuable insights... Thanks for your time! Have a good one...

      Great question! I have no experience in this area (developing a new job board and getting buy in from others to use it). However, it seems like you could do what some of the other big sites do, and “scrape” jobs to post on yours. Then you could also offer promotions for people to post on your site, like 14 days free or 30 days free.
      There definitely is more to this than just scraping jobs and giving free posts away, but that’s probably a starting place!
